Do you do delivery?

Yes. However we can not deliver all around Sydney.

We deliver to the following suburbs:

 

How much is the delivery?

The standard delivery fee of $10 will be added to your order at checkout. Requesting delivery to multiple venues, additional costs will apply. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct to avoid redirection and extra costs.

 

What are the delivery days?

We deliver from Monday to Wednesday between 6 am - 10 am and on Friday 7 am - 10 am. Saturday delivery is only available by arrangement. Thursday and Sunday are non-delivery days. We are also closed and do not deliver on public holidays.
To specify the best time frame for you, please let us know what are your suitable hours to accept the delivery.

 

Important: if there is no-one available to accept the delivery at the selected destination at the specified time, delays may occur. In these cases we will contact the customer and rearrange another delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply.

 

Can I pick up the ordered products?

No, sorry. There is no pick-up option at this stage.

 

Guarantee

The Süti Bakeshop  holds no liability if the product is damaged after delivery.

We take extreme care to make sure the products are secured and stable and ready for transport.

 

However If the product is damaged on arrival, we will provide you a discount or try to fix the order back at our bakery depending on the damage. If you wish to return a damaged product, you must notify us by email providing photograph and details of the event as an evidence. Refunds will not be given unless the cake is returned in it’s original condition as supplied to you. We reserve the right to determine whether the refund is appropriate on a case by case basis.

 

In the case of the product tastes ‘differently’ or 'unusual' please call us immediately. We try to pick up the products as soon as we can and take back to the bakery where we can test it and determine whether there is or  isn’t something wrong with the products. If the storage method was different after delivery and our storage direction was not followed by the costumer, we hold no liability for faulty products. In that case, the costumer should dispose the product immediately to avoid food borne illness.
