The Süti Bakeshop reserves the right to make changes in this policy anytime without any notice. We encourage you to periodically review this policy.

 

Products and Orders

 

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and no GST will be charged.

  • All product images are for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that the product will be the exactly the same in colour or weight which has been provided at the description area. There could be a minor colour and weight differences at the final product for instance the butter cream is darker than the one on the picture.

  • The Süti Bakeshop in an online shop, there is no product pick up option available. Please check our DELIVERY POLICY for further information.

 

Cancellation

 

  • The Süti Bakeshop accepts written cancellations by email or text message prior to 5:00 pm, 3 business days before your delivery date. All changes must be sent directly to us and confirmed by The Süti Bakeshop. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if not enough time is given and costs have already incurred in the purchase and preparation of the order.

  • Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows: 25% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 48 hours prior to the delivery and 100% of the entire order will be charged for cancelling the order after that time. It is entirely up to our judgment to change or offer any other options to the customer. If there is no-one available to accept the delivery at the selected destination at the specified time, delays may occur. In these cases we will contact the customer and rearrange another delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply.

 

Refund

 

  • The Süti Bakeshop holds no liability if the product is damaged after delivery. We take careful steps to make sure the products are secured and stable in the vehicle and ready for transport.

  • If the product is damaged on arrival, we will provide you a discount or try to fix it back at our bakery depending on the damage. If you wish to return a damaged product, you must notify us by email providing photograph and details of the event as an evidence. Refunds will not be given unless the cake is returned in it’s original condition as supplied to you. We reserve the right to determine whether the refund is appropriate on a case by case basis.

  • If our storage direction was not followed by the costumer, we hold no liability for damaged products. In that case, the costumer should dispose the product immediately to avoid foodborne illness.

  • In the case of the product tastes ‘different’ or 'unusual' please call us immediately. We will try to pick up the products as soon as we can and take them back to the bakery where we can test it and determine whether there is or  isn’t something wrong with the products. If the storage method was different after delivery and our storage direction was not followed by the costumer, we hold no liability for faulty products. That case, the costumer should dispose the product immediately to avoid foodborne illness.

  • We will dispose any muffins, cupcakes or other baked items that are not delivered within 24 hours after the due time because of rearrange or contact problem with the costumer and no refund will be offered.

 

Photos, Images, Comments and Feedback

 

  • All images (including LOGO and BACKGROUND) and photos found on the website and social media sites are owned by The Süti Bakeshop. We proudly manufactured those products and images, we do not copy media from other websites therefore its is prohibited to use and copy any media or text from this website .

  • Any comment, feedback, idea or suggestion which you may provide to us through this website or social media platforms becomes the property of The Süti Bakeshop. We may use your comments in any commercial or non-commercial purpose without compensation to you.

 

Using our website

 

  • By ordering from our shop, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

  • Using our shop means you share some information with us. We take all reasonable steps to secure this information, however we cannot guarantee the complete safety of it due the nature of the internet. Therefore any information you share with us is at your own risk.

  • We take all reasonable steps to make our website virus and malware free. Although at the unlikely event of online attack we take no responsibility of any hardware and software damage caused by using our website.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

  • Our warranty extends only to replace or refund damaged product.

  • We take no liability for the misuse of our products.

  • The Süti Bakeshop holds no liability of any damages, expenses and legal fees arising from using our website and webshop.

  • Using our shop means you share some information with us. We take all reasonable steps to secure this information, however we cannot guarantee the complete safety of it due the nature of the internet. Therefore any information you share with us is at your own risk.

  • We use only the information you provided in your account settings and only used for invoicing and delivering.
